Observed

1. Wikipedia has a category titled “Fictional chameleons and geckos.” There are four; dollars to donuts you can’t name any of the other three. And no, Karma Chameleon didn’t make the cut.

2. Yesterday I passed a Schepps-branded eighteen-wheeler on the freeway. Is there a widely recognized trucker signal for “A steady stream of milk is pouring out the back of your trailer”? I couldn’t think of one, so I drove on. It was milk, after all, not jet fuel, and even if he did find out I don’t imagine there was much he could’ve done at that point.

3. Have you seen the “Caves” segment of Planet Earth? Those people who base-jump hundreds of meters into underground caves are insane. See also, underwater cave divers.

4. Chocolate smoothie with fresh banana? Darn tasty.

    Don’t cry over spilt milk
    Yeah, I went caving a number of times in KY. Its an extreme sport for some extreme people. I don’t plan on climbing down any more storm drainage pipes into the icy waters below. Why I went caving after a road had already collapsed in the area I’m not sure. Oh, college days.
    mmm banana. Sonic was out of bananas yesterday so no shake. Super sad. The strawberry shake was a pretty good substitute though.

    Seems to be missing the Fallout 2 Fire Gecko that is fire-breathing. I wouldn’t call it an exhaustive list.

    I was confident that ‘Dave the Chameleon’ was one of the four & thus went all out & bet you 50,000 donuts that I could name one of the four… Clearly, I won this bet… & you owe me $50,000… please furnish this money @ the earliest possible convenience, I believe the value of the dollar is falling…
    I really do need the money as soon as possible, as I have recently borrowed heavily to buy a stake in a bakery…
